The dominant structure on this chart is unambiguously bearish — price dropped from ~82,000 all the way to ~59,500, a brutal waterfall decline with virtually no meaningful bounces along the way. Since that June 4 low, price has been grinding sideways/up between ~60,000 and ~64,000, carving out what looks like a base consolidation. Right now price is pressing into ~64,000, which is a clear overhead resistance zone that capped multiple intraday pushes going back to early June. The headline context confirms Bitcoin broke above a bearish pennant resistance but confirmation is still missing — that matches exactly what I see here: an attempted reclaim that hasn't closed convincingly above the level. The Fear & Greed Index sitting at 13 (Extreme Fear) is a serious contrarian signal I can't ignore — historically these readings mark near-bottom conditions, and the base-building structure off the June 4 low supports that thesis. My read is that price is coiling just under 64,000, and a clean daily close above it flips my bias from neutral-bearish to outright long.

I'm not chasing price at current levels mid-range between 60,000 support and 64,000 resistance — that gives me poor R/R from here. I'm setting up a conditional long: if price pulls back into the 61,000–61,500 zone, which was the consolidation floor and showed repeated demand across June 5–11, I'm buying that level with a tight stop below 59,500. If price instead rips through 64,000 with momentum and closes above it on the 1H, I'd reassess for a breakout entry. But until one of those two things happens, I'm waiting.
