By accessing or using TradeRead (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

TradeRead provides AI-generated analysis of user-uploaded market charts (stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments) for educational and informational purposes only.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using TradeRead, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Some features require registration and login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

TradeRead is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

TradeRead may offer paid subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period.
• Subscriptions grant access for the purchased period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Prices, plans, and features may change with reasonable notice. If required, you will be given the ability to cancel before a change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using automated means that overload or harm the system.
• Upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription checks, or security controls.
• Use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to others or to facilitate unlawful activity.

TradeRead may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not up to date. You acknowledge that you use the Service and its outputs at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (including its design, branding, and underlying software) is owned by TradeRead and is protected by applicable laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant TradeRead a limited, non-exclusive right to process your uploads and inputs solely to provide and improve the operation of the Service (e.g., performing the requested analysis, preventing abuse, and maintaining security).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRead disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

TradeRead is not responsible for financial losses resulting from reliance on outputs generated by the Service.

In all cases, TradeRead’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TradeRead in the prior 12 months, or zero if you used only the free tier.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. TradeRead may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal compliance, or system integrity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
