Price peaked at ~210 on August 9th and has been printing lower highs ever since — 205, then 200, now stalling in the 191–195 zone. The most recent swing high around 205 failed to hold, and price has been grinding down through what used to be range support at 195. Current price at 191.8 is now sitting just above the 190 area, which is thin air before the next meaningful cluster around 185–186. I'm reading this as a distribution rollover, not a healthy consolidation — the structure of lower highs is clear, and sellers have been in control since that early August spike failed.

The derivatives picture reinforces the lean. Funding is mildly positive at 0.01% per 8h, meaning longs are still paying — there's no squeeze fuel building on the short side yet, but the crowded side is still longs. The liquidation map below has two dense clusters: 176.4 and 181.9. Price is drawn toward those like a magnet, and if 190 cracks with any momentum, I'd expect a fast sweep toward 181.9 first, then 176.4 as extended fuel. The cluster at 198.4 above acts as a cap — that's where trapped longs from the most recent lower high breakdown get stopped out, which tells me any bounce into that zone is likely a sell, not a breakout.
