The short from my Oct 22 read ran clean — Target 1 at 0.1765 and Target 2 at 0.1712 both hit, and the long that triggered at 0.1782 was subsequently stopped at 0.1712 after briefly tagging 0.1850. That whole Oct 22 map is spent and I'm starting clean. What's on the chart now is a clean waterfall: every bounce has been a lower high, the EMA 9 and 20 are curling below the EMA 50 which is below the EMA 200, all four stacked bearishly, and price just broke below 0.1660 on elevated volume. The daily trend is sideways so this is a downtrend on the 1H within a larger ranging structure — the range floor is being tested hard right now. Funding is modestly long-biased at 0.01% per 8h, meaning longs are paying and remain vulnerable to a squeeze lower. I'm not buying a falling knife with no structural reclaim, and I'm not shorting at the lows after a 7.5% drop — mid-range short gives me worse R/R than waiting for a bounce into structure. The dense cluster at 0.1606 is a waypoint, not a target: it sits only 0.0094 below a 0.1700 confirmation, while the invalidation at 0.1791 sits 0.0091 above — that's 1.0:1 to Target 1, which doesn't exist as a setup. Target 1 is 0.1515, the next dense cluster, which produces the minimum distance to justify the trade.
